SatisApps LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "SatisApps") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information in connection with: (a) the website satisapps.com (the "Website"); (b) all mobile, desktop, and web applications we develop, own, operate, or distribute, including Pool Service Log and any future apps (collectively, the "Apps"); (c) website design, development, and maintenance services we provide to clients ("Website Services"); and (d) any other product, communication, newsletter, or support we offer (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the Services. The specific information collected depends on which Service you use.
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business name, account credentials, profile information, billing information, content you upload or create in an App (such as customer records, service logs, photos, notes, or other business data), support requests, and any other information you choose to share.
- Automatically collected: device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), language, time zone, pages or screens viewed, features used, crash reports, diagnostic data, referring URL, and similar usage data.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and measure usage.
- Analytics: we use PostHog and may use other analytics tools to understand how the Services are used.
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe or the Apple App Store / Google Play). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Website Services clients: if you hire us to build or maintain a website, we may also collect login credentials for third-party services, content/assets you provide, and business information needed to complete the work.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate access;
- Process payments, subscriptions, and refunds;
- Send transactional communications (account notices, receipts, security alerts, service updates);

Data Storage, Security & Retention
We store information using reputable third-party infrastructure (such as Google Firebase and other cloud providers) that uses industry-standard encryption and security measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your information, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any unauthorized access, breach, leak, or loss. You use the Services at your own risk.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices & Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy laws) to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Port your information to another service;
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link or contact us);

SMS Compliance & Data Privacy
SatisApps LLC operates the Pool Service Log platform and may operate other Apps that use SMS/text messaging. We value your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

- Request Deletion: Request that we delete your email address from our database

Third-Party Services
This Website uses Firebase (operated by Google) for data storage. Firebase's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Website Building & Maintenance Clients
If you hire SatisApps LLC to build, redesign, or maintain a website for you ("Website Services"), we may receive access to additional information in order to do the work, such as: login credentials for hosting, domain registrars, CMS platforms, email tools, analytics accounts, social media accounts, and similar services; content, images, and copy you provide; and business information you share with us during the engagement.
We use this information solely to perform the Website Services you have requested. We do not sell or rent this information. We may store it with reputable third-party tools (such as password managers, cloud storage, email, and project management tools) in order to do our work.
Any visitors, customers, or end users of a client's website are subject to that client's own privacy policy, not this one. The client is solely responsible for the privacy policy, cookie notices, consent flows, and legal compliance of their own website. SatisApps LLC is not the data controller for data collected through client websites and is not responsible for how the client collects, uses, stores, or shares that data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SatisApps LLC is not liable for any data loss, breach, leak, unauthorized access, or other privacy or security incident relating to a client's website, hosting, third-party services, or end-user data. Children's Privacy
Our Website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
