What counts as remote vs on-site support?

Remote support is anything handled via phone, screen share, or remote access tools. On-site means a technician physically comes to your location. The 4 on-site hours can be used across multiple visits in a month.

What happens if I need more hours?

Additional hours are billed at $100/hr for remote and $150/hr for on-site. You will always be notified before any overage charges.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Hours reset at the start of each billing month. The retainer is priced to provide consistent, ongoing support rather than a bank of hours.

What areas do you serve on-site?

On-site support is currently available on Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Remote support is available anywhere in the world.

How quickly do you respond?

Critical issues (network down, security breach) are addressed same day. Standard requests are handled within 24 hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts required.
