Same day, usually within a few hours. For urgent issues (site down), I prioritize and get it fixed immediately. For non-urgent updates, expect it done within 24 hours.
The standard plans cover simple business websites. Online ordering, booking systems, customer logins, custom databases, and e-commerce are available as custom projects, quoted separately. Reach out if you need any of that.
Most sites go live within 1 to 2 weeks once I have your content (photos, copy, hours, menu). The faster you send me your info, the faster you're online.
No. Send me your business info and photos, and I handle the rest. Domain, hosting, design, updates. You never need to log into anything if you don't want to.
We offer two simple models. If you want a completely hands-off experience, we can manage the domain and hosting for you and add the exact cost to your bill as a line item (prices vary based on your specific hosting requirements and choice of domain, which will be discussed and determined during setup). Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually and reflect infrastructure costs managed by SatisApps. Hosting service terminates upon cancellation of agreement. Alternatively, if you already have your own hosting and domain, we can simply manage it for you under our monthly plan while you pay your provider directly.
Your plan includes up to 1 hour of updates or edits per calendar month (most clients only need 15 to 30 minutes for typical swaps, menu changes, or text updates). Unused time expires at the end of each month and does not roll over. Additional time is billed at $100/hr in 15-minute increments. We track all support time and will always notify you before going over your included hour, so you'll never receive an unexpected bill. Full logs of support hours are available upon request.
